FABERTry the beta

Trust & security

Your files stay yours.

Faber works on the drawings and CAD models that describe how your products are made. That is some of the most sensitive data a manufacturer owns, and we treat it that way. Here is exactly what happens to it.

01

Your geometry stays in France

Faber runs on Microsoft Azure in the France Central region. Files are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, and no customer data is copied outside the European Union to be processed.

02

We never train on your files

Your parts, drawings and prompts are not used to train our models. Not by default, not silently, not ever — unless you have signed an agreement that explicitly allows it, project by project.

03

Tight, logged access

Customer data is reachable by a named handful of Faber engineers, on a least-privilege basis, and only when the work requires it. Access is logged. Nobody browses your projects out of curiosity.

04

You decide how long we keep it

Files live in your workspace for as long as you need them there. Ask us to delete a project — or your whole account — and it is removed, along with the derived artefacts the agent produced from it.

05

GDPR is the baseline

Faber is a French company processing European data on European infrastructure. We sign a DPA, we name our sub-processors, and we answer data-subject requests. Ask and you get the documents.

06

Certifications in progress

We are working towards ISO 27001 and SOC 2, and we will not claim either before the auditor does. For teams that cannot wait, we deploy inside your own infrastructure — on-premise or in your cloud tenant.

Need the long version?

Security questionnaires, our sub-processor list, the DPA, an on-premise deployment: tell us what your team needs to sign off and we will come back within two working days.
